How do I book an appointment?
You can book online through our website, call us at (508) 364-2087, or send us a message on Instagram @braziliantouchsalon. We recommend booking in advance to secure your preferred time, especially during peak seasons.
We reserve time exclusively for you. Appointments with us require the courtesy of a 24-hour notice to the salon when a client needs to cancel an appointment. A “no show” or late cancellation will result in a 50% charge of the service. Promotional prices must be paid in full. We will do our best to accommodate clients who are more than 15 minutes late; however, we cannot guarantee that you will receive your service.
While we do our best to accommodate walk-ins, we highly recommend booking an appointment to ensure availability and avoid wait times. Our stylists’ schedules fill up quickly, especially on weekends.
Just bring yourself! If you have inspiration photos or specific ideas for your hair or makeup, feel free to share them with your stylist during your consultation. For color services, please arrive with clean, dry hair unless otherwise instructed.
We accept cash, all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), and digital payments. Gratuity can be added to your card or given directly to your service provider.
It depends on your hair type and the service! We typically recommend: Root touch-ups: every 4-6 weeks; Balayage/highlights: every 8-12 weeks Keratin treatments: every 3-4 months; Trims: every 6-8 weeks Your stylist will create a personalized maintenance plan during your consultation.
Yes! We offer bridal consultations for hair and makeup, as well as day-of services for brides and bridal parties. Contact us to schedule a trial and discuss your wedding day vision.
Absolutely. We understand that life happens! Please contact us at least 24 hours in advance to reschedule without penalty. We’ll work with you to find a new time that fits your schedule.
